Auction Note: Most items were installed new in 2017 or later. Exceptions include interior doors, kitchen stove, Plato Cherry kitchen cabinets, wood stove and original Anderson windows. The A/C condenser was installed in 2018, and the vinyl siding in 2019.
Removal: Items will be available for pickup Monday, August 14th - Friday, August 18th 9AM-5PM and Monday, August 21 - Friday, August 25 9AM-5PM. All items not removed by Friday, August 25 @ 5PM. Items not removed by 5PM Friday, August 25th will be forfeited.
Terms: 10% Buyer's Premium will be applied to each purchase. Purchases must be paid in full before pickup. Buyer is responsible for ALL disassembly, removal, and loadout of purchased items. RES is not responsible for security or damage of items post auction.
